Loan Size:
From $1 million to $100 million (Domestic loans, in US funds)
Term:
Loan terms are flexible, usually from 1-3 years
Use of proceeds:
24 Capital makes loans for business purposes only
Collateral:
Commercial real estate or other liquid assets
Prepayment:
At any time, loans may be repaid without penalty
Loan-to-value:
24 Capital will loan up to 75% of the market value of the borrower’s collateral, based on the estimated cash sale price within a marketing period of 6 months. For renovation or construction loans, the loan amount can be based on the improved value and will be disbursed in predetermined stages.
Rates:
Loans are interest only, with rates ranging from 9-18% annually, depending upon collateral and the structure of the loan.
